As of May 21, 2009, The Paper Palette LLC has a very simple shipping and handling policy: We charge $7.00 for all orders inside the United States of America (unless we are having a special free shipping on orders of $25 or more promotion). All US orders are shipped ground via shipping services (ie: UPS, FedEx, DHL) or US mail.
WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS must provide The Paper Palette LLC with a credit card number. Shipping and handling charges for wholesale orders will be charged as a separate item on your credit card.
We are currently unable to process internet orders to companies outside
the United States of America.
Returns
Any problems with your order can be addressed by e-mailing our Customer
Service Department at customerservice@stickybackpaper.com or sending written notice to The Paper Palette LLC, 5355 Mountain Men Drive, Kearns, UT 84118. Please include a phone number in your correspondence so we can contact you by phone if necessary. Returns are authorized for defective product only, and must be accompanied by a return authorization number, obtained from our Customer Service Department. Returns will not be accepted without prior written authorization from The Paper Palette LLC. Opened packages cannot be returned. Claims for defective product and/or returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of the product.
